More technical difficulties

Ugh!  My son spent at least 3 hours downloading and running programs and finally got my computer back to normal-although I am afraid to turn it off.  But in the process I had to change my email password and then we changed  the password in my phone. When I send photos from my phone to my computer they don't show up.  So, I can't post a picture of the card I made.  Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
