hello, spring!

Couldn't we all use a little spring right now?  Okay, maybe not my Florida readers-but the rest of us are ready.  I love this delicate little font-almost like we're whispering "hello, spring' as to not scare it away.  And by the way, who did scare it away.  We had nice temps for a while and now it's cold again with the occasional flurry.

Anyway, I saw this card on The Happy Stampers blog and changed it up a little.  If you've never checked out her blog-she's a hoot!  I covered the butterfly with Wink of Stella (and my desk,tools, hands) to give it a little gliimmery shine.  I bought these rhinestones before my trip and I have been anxious to glam something up with them.  I love a rhinestone for the center of flower.

If I make this card again I will change up the colors.  I don't like the black mat that I used.  I think pink might be cute (melon mambo!) and maybe I would make the butterfly the same color.
